Vikrant is the public face of Slide Practice and its contracting party, and he is the person an agency, a partner or a journalist writes to first. He founded CX Horizon Services and, before that, spent a career building offshore operations for banks and healthcare companies, where the written record was the first thing to slip when people were busy.
