You run a team of tutors. Every session ends with a report somebody has to write, and it is the part that slips: written late, written short, or not written at all. Slide drafts it from the session itself. Your tutor reads it, fixes anything, and sends it. The parent has a written recap and a follow-up email the same evening, with your logo on it.

The tutor starts the recording with the student, or uploads the file afterwards if the session ran somewhere else. Consent is asked first, in the session, and for a student under eighteen that includes the parent or guardian. Nothing is recorded quietly.
About a minute later there is a written summary of what was covered, the action items the student agreed to, and a progress note. It is a draft, not a decision: the tutor edits anything that is off.
One button. The recap lands in the student portal and the follow-up email goes to the parent.
That is the whole change to a tutor's day. There is no new lesson plan to fill in, no template to learn, and no report to write from memory on a Sunday.

Each tutor account carries your logo, your colours and the sending name you set, so what a parent opens reads as your centre rather than as a tool your centre bought. The words are the tutor's own, because the tutor edited them.

Every recap can be exported, so when a tutor moves on the history can go to the student and to you rather than leaving in a notebook.
There is no agency-wide dashboard today. Each tutor has their own account, you see what they send you and what they export for you, and nothing here reports on your tutors behind their backs. If one view across the whole team is the thing you actually need, say so in your reply. It is the most likely first thing we would build for a centre, and we would rather hear it from you than guess at it.
Nor does Slide collect tuition for you. It is not a school records system or a gradebook, and it makes no academic or compliance claims. It writes up sessions and keeps them, and that is the part we are asking you to try.

Pick a handful of tutors or bring the whole team. We set the accounts up with your logo and your sending name, your tutors run their normal sessions, and at the end of the month you look at what the parents actually received. If it is not worth paying for, nothing happens and nothing is charged: there is no card on file to charge.
Agency pricing is per active tutor, we agree it together after the pilot.
An active tutor is one who wrote up at least one session that month, so a tutor between clients is not billed. Slide takes no commission, ever, and never handles the money between a family and your centre.
