Each AI recap delivers a structured session summary, action items, and a client-ready follow-up, drafted for you to review and send. Extra upload recaps beyond your plan cap are $0.99 each on paid plans. Annual billing works out to two months free, about 17% off.
Auto-Join, explained
Auto-Join is the option for Slide Practice to join your video call and record it for you, so you get a recap without running anything yourself.
- Works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Off by default. It runs only when you turn it on for a specific session.
- $1.99 per session, on every plan, charged only when you use it. Billed in arrears to your subscription.
- Prefer to record yourself? Upload your own recording instead, included up to your plan's monthly recap cap.
- Every session asks the client for consent before anything records. See recording and consent.

Starter's 20 recaps a month suit part-time coaches. Full-time coaches should choose Pro, with 40 a month, or Max, with 75, or add Auto-Join sessions and extra recaps as needed. We do not offer unlimited recaps.
Founding offer
The first 30 founding coaches get Pro at $19 a month for their first 12 months, then the standard $29 a month. A limited founding promotion, not a lifetime rate. It comes with guided migration support and a direct line to the founder. Claim a founding spot.
Refunds
Cancel anytime. The current billing period is non-refundable, and usage charges you have already run, such as Auto-Join sessions, remain payable. See the Terms for the full detail.
The fine print
- Auto-Join is pay-as-you-go. You are charged $1.99 for each session it records. It is off by default and runs only when you enable it for a specific session. Please review before each use.
- Usage charges (Auto-Join sessions and extra recaps) are billed in arrears to your subscription.
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from all participants before recording. Some regions require all-party consent. See recording and consent.
- Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions are billed through our merchant of record. Cancel anytime; the current billing period is non-refundable.
- The Free plan includes up to 3 sessions a month and requires a card on file to enable Auto-Join (marked * in the table). Slide Practice takes no cut of what you earn on any plan.
- Features marked "coming soon" (programs, groups, custom branding) are planned for Pro and may not all be available on June 21, 2026. We list them as coming soon, not included, until they ship.
