No. Slide takes no commission, on any plan, ever. You collect from your clients your own way and keep 100%.
Each recap is a structured session summary, the action items your client agreed to, and a ready follow-up, drafted for you to review and send. Starter includes 20 a month, Pro 200 a month, and Max 500 a month. One recap covers a session up to 90 minutes, and a longer recording counts as one recap for each 90 minutes. Extra upload recaps beyond a cap are $0.99 each on paid plans.
Yes. Every new practitioner gets a 7-day Pro trial, 5 AI recaps included, no card required. Pro features are open during the trial; the AI recaps themselves are capped at 5 so we can offer the trial without a card. At the end of the trial there is no automatic charge; your access pauses until you pick a plan to continue.
The first 30 founding practitioners get Pro at $19 a month for their first 12 months, then the standard $29.99. It comes with guided migration and a direct line to the founders. It is a limited promotion, not a lifetime rate.
No. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your location. Paddle is our merchant of record, so it works out what is due where you are, adds it on top of the plan price, and shows you the full total before you pay. Your receipt itemises the tax separately.
Yes. Every paid plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. Email billings@slidepractice.com within 14 days and we refund it in full. After that, cancel anytime; the current period is non-refundable and usage you have already run remains payable.
Slide adds up your coaching experience hours from your recorded sessions and exports a clean log for your application. It does not award continuing education (CCE) units, which come from training. Verify the current ICF requirements before you apply.
Yes to both. We publish step by step switching guides, and founding practitioners get guided migration. Your clients and data stay yours; you can export everything at any time. No lock in.
No. Slide is an added listing, never a commitment. Keep your own website, your socials, your Calendly, your marketplace listings, and your payment methods. Add Slide alongside what you already use, add your own links to your profile, and export everything anytime. There is no exclusivity, ever, and Slide takes no commission, on any plan, ever.
Charges appear on your card statement as PADDLE.NET* SLIDEPRACT. Paddle is our payments provider and the merchant of record, so their name is the one your bank shows, not ours. If you do not recognise a charge, email billings@slidepractice.com before you dispute it and we will sort it out the same day.
