Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 4, 2026. Effective July 4, 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that all users must follow when they access or use the Slide Practice platform, operated by Vikrant Singh, based in Manila, Philippines. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. This policy is provided for transparency and is not personalized legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept this policy, whether for yourself or for an organisation you represent, in order to access or use Slide Practice. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will comply with this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Slide Practice to:

  • (a) violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction, or in the Republic of the Philippines;
  • (b) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your credentials, qualifications, or affiliations;
  • (c) harass, threaten, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against any other user on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
  • (d) post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, or that incites violence or hatred;
  • (e) engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks made in bad faith, fake bookings, or money laundering;
  • (f) misrepresent how payments to a provider are made, or direct clients to fraudulent or deceptive payment channels;
  • (g) collect or harvest information about other users without their consent;
  • (h) upload or transmit malware, viruses, scripts, or any code intended to compromise platform security;
  • (i) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Slide Practice system, provider account, or client account;
  • (j) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform except for legitimate search engine indexing;
  • (k) conduct unauthorized penetration testing or security research without explicit written authorization;
  • (l) use the platform for commercial advertising unrelated to your stated services;
  • (m) sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person;
  • (n) hold yourself out as practicing in a regulated profession (including, without limitation, medicine, mental health counseling, law, or financial advice) without holding the licenses required in your jurisdiction;
  • (o) record a session, call, or any participant, whether by uploading a recording or by using Auto Join, without first obtaining every consent required by law from all participants. You are solely responsible for obtaining those consents and for complying with the recording, wiretap, and one party or all party consent laws that apply in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of each participant. Slide Practice is not liable for any recording you make or capture without the required consent. See our recording and consent guidance.

2. Content standards

2.1 All profile content must be truthful and accurate.

2.2 Profile photos must be of you, recent (within two years), and appropriate.

2.3 Bios must describe your actual services. False qualifications, fake credentials, and inflated claims are prohibited.

2.4 Booking messages must be relevant to the booked session and respectful.

3. Provider specific rules

3.1 Providers in regulated professions must hold valid licenses and produce them upon request.

3.2 Providers offering services involving minors must comply with all applicable child protection laws and obtain parental or guardian consent.

3.3 Providers must honor confirmed bookings or cancel within their stated cancellation policy.

3.4 Providers may not discriminate in their selection of clients on the basis of any protected characteristic.

4. Client specific rules

4.1 Clients must provide accurate information when booking.

4.2 Clients may not abuse the Community Rate by repeatedly selecting it when they can afford other tiers; the integrity of Pricing Modes depends on honest self selection.

4.3 Clients must attend confirmed sessions or cancel within the provider's stated cancellation policy.

5. Reporting violations

5.1 Any user may report a suspected violation through the in platform Report function or by emailing support@slidepractice.com.

5.2 Reports are reviewed within forty eight (48) hours of receipt.

5.3 Knowingly false reports may result in account suspension.

6. Enforcement

6.1 Slide Practice reserves the right to investigate suspected violations.

6.2 Enforcement actions, in increasing severity, may include:

  • (a) warning;
  • (b) content removal;
  • (c) feature restriction;
  • (d) temporary account suspension;
  • (e) permanent account termination;
  • (f) referral to law enforcement.

6.3 The appropriate enforcement action is determined at our sole discretion based on the severity, frequency, and circumstances of the violation.

6.4 We may take the enforcement actions described above at our discretion, and we are not liable to you for any action taken in good faith to enforce this policy. The Slide Practice platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in this Acceptable Use Policy limits the warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, or other protections set out in our Terms of Service, which continue to apply in full and are incorporated here by reference.

7. Appeals

7.1 Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated may appeal by emailing support@slidepractice.com within thirty (30) days.

7.2 Appeals are reviewed by our team and a written response is provided within fifteen (15) business days.

8. Changes

8.1 This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes are communicated as set out in our Terms of Service.
