Practitioner Agreement
Last updated July 11, 2026. Effective July 11, 2026. Version 3.4. This Practitioner Agreement is the agreement between you, the practitioner, and Slide Practice. It covers your account, billing, your clients, the data you store, recording and AI consent, and how the agreement ends. It applies once you create a practitioner account and start using Slide Practice. It is provided for transparency and is not personalized legal advice.
This Practitioner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Practitioner") and Slide Practice, software operated by Vikrant Singh, based in Manila, Philippines ("Slide Practice", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating a Practitioner account on the Slide Practice platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy.
1. Independent contractor status
The Practitioner is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the Practitioner and Slide Practice. The Practitioner is solely responsible for the conduct of their practice.
2. Practitioner representations and warranties
The Practitioner represents and warrants that: (a) they hold all required licenses, certifications, and authorizations to render the services offered, where applicable; (b) the services offered are lawful in the Practitioner's jurisdiction of practice; (c) all information provided to Slide Practice is accurate and current; (d) they will comply with all applicable laws including tax and consumer protection laws; and (e) the Practitioner is at least 18 years old and has full legal authority to enter into and be bound by this Agreement. One-to-one guidance is generally not a regulated profession in most places, though some fields are regulated; you are responsible for your own licensing and compliance; however, the Practitioner must not represent themselves as licensed in regulated professions (e.g., psychotherapy, medical practice, legal practice) unless they hold the relevant license.
Truthful identity. The Practitioner further represents and warrants that they are a real person; that their display name is their real working name; and that their profile photo is a genuine, current likeness of themselves and is not AI-generated, a stock image, or the likeness of another person. To be listed in the Slide Practice directory, the Practitioner agrees to complete identity verification and to keep their identity, name, and photo truthful and current. Using AI to assist with written bio or profile text is permitted; misrepresenting identity is not. See how verification works.
3. Service standards
The Practitioner agrees to render services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards (such as the ICF Code of Ethics where applicable); honor confirmed Bookings; communicate respectfully with Clients; and deliver the services described in their profile.
4. Pricing modes commitment
The Practitioner acknowledges that Slide Practice is built on the principle of accessible pricing; that the three mode model (Standard, Reduced, Scholarship) is core to the platform; and that selecting all three modes at the same rate defeats the platform's purpose, though it is permitted.
5. Subscription plans
Slide Practice takes no commission and does not process payments between the Practitioner and their Clients. The Practitioner collects payment from Clients directly and keeps one hundred percent (100%) of what they earn. Slide Practice charges only an optional recurring subscription fee for Practitioner plans, billed through Paddle (paddle.com), with Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as merchant of record. Any promotional Pro time a Practitioner receives comes through our referral program, not from an automatic free trial, and any such promotional time is described where it is offered. Billing questions may be directed to billings@slidepractice.com.
6. Tax responsibility
Practitioner is solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes applicable to the services they provide to their Clients. Because Practitioners collect payment from Clients directly and Slide Practice is not in that payment path, Slide Practice does not act as a tax agent or withholding agent for the Practitioner.
7. Client confidentiality
The Practitioner agrees to maintain reasonable confidentiality of Client information obtained through the platform; not to use such information for any purpose other than providing the booked service; and to comply with applicable data protection laws.
8. Intellectual property
The Practitioner retains all intellectual property rights in their bio, profile content, program materials, intake forms, and submitted materials. The Practitioner grants Slide Practice a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to display such content as part of operating the platform.
9. Restrictions
The Practitioner agrees not to: (a) misrepresent qualifications; (b) accept Bookings they cannot fulfill; (c) discriminate in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy; or (d) use a false identity, a false or borrowed name, or an AI-generated, stock, or misappropriated profile photo, or otherwise impersonate any person.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Slide Practice may terminate immediately for material breach. Slide Practice may also unpublish a listing, revoke identity verification, and suspend or terminate the account immediately, without notice, if it determines that the Practitioner's identity, name, or photo is false, fabricated, AI-generated, or the likeness of another person.
11. Indemnification
The Practitioner shall indemnify and hold harmless Slide Practice from claims arising out of (i) services rendered by the Practitioner; (ii) the Practitioner's misrepresentation of qualifications; or (iii) the Practitioner's violation of this Agreement or applicable law.
12. Disclaimer of warranties, no guarantee of outcomes, and limitation of liability
The Slide Practice platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slide Practice disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non infringement, and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
Slide Practice is software, not a practitioner, and does not guarantee any result. Slide Practice makes no guarantee of any income, earnings, client outcome, booking volume, or business result the Practitioner may achieve using the platform, and any figures or examples are illustrative only. Where the platform records session hours, continuing education, or credential related information (for example toward ICF or NBHWC requirements), it provides a record only; it does not award, confer, or guarantee acceptance of any hours, certification, or credential, which rest with the relevant credentialing body.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and in addition to the limitations of liability set out in Section 13 of our Terms of Service, which apply to this Agreement, Slide Practice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the platform. Slide Practice's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement will not exceed the total subscription fees the Practitioner paid to Slide Practice in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The governing law and dispute resolution provisions in Sections 16 and 17 of our Terms of Service govern this Agreement.
14. Payments acknowledgment
Practitioner acknowledges that Slide Practice does not process, hold, or route payments between Practitioner and Clients; that Practitioner collects payment from Clients directly using payment methods Practitioner arranges and keeps one hundred percent (100%) of what Practitioner earns; that Slide Practice charges no commission on Client payments; and that Practitioner's only payment to Slide Practice is the optional recurring Practitioner subscription fee, billed through Paddle (paddle.com), with Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as merchant of record under Paddle's own terms.
15. AI usage and client consent (mandatory)
15.1 The Slide Practice platform offers optional AI driven features, including audio transcription, structured session recap generation, and the dispatch of meeting bots to Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls (collectively, the "AI Features"). Use of AI Features is at the Practitioner's sole discretion and risk.
15.2 Practitioner acknowledges and agrees that, before recording or uploading any session audio, the Practitioner must obtain and document the Client's informed consent through the Slide Practice consent flow (or an equivalent written consent retained on file). Required disclosures include: (a) that the session will be recorded; (b) that the recording will be transmitted to Slide Practice and its enterprise large language model, speech to text, and meeting capture sub processors for transcription, recap generation, and meeting capture; and (c) that the recording will be stored on Slide Practice's infrastructure for up to thirty (30) days and then deleted, with no per practitioner extension of that retention period. An itemized list of named providers is available in your account settings or by request to support@slidepractice.com.
15.3 Practitioner is solely responsible for compliance with all recording laws applicable to the Practitioner's and the Client's jurisdictions, including all party consent and bilateral consent statutes. Practitioner shall not record any session before consent has been recorded in the Slide Practice consent ledger or otherwise documented.
15.4 Practitioner acknowledges that AI generated recaps may contain errors, hallucinations, or omissions, and shall review and edit each recap before delivering it to the Client. Slide Practice makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI generated output.
15.5 Practitioner shall not use AI Features to process audio of any individual who has not consented, of any minor without parental or guardian consent where required, or in any manner that violates Applicable Law. Practitioner indemnifies Slide Practice for any breach of this Section 15.
15.6 Withdrawal of consent by a Client immediately revokes future recording authorization and triggers deletion of any stored audio for that Practitioner and Client pair. Practitioner may not attempt to circumvent or override a Client's withdrawn consent.
16. Entire agreement, changes, severability, and assignment
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AUP, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the Practitioner and Slide Practice with respect to the subject matter.
Slide Practice may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make a material change, we will give notice by email or through the platform before it takes effect, and continued use of the platform after the effective date means the Practitioner accepts the updated Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect. The Practitioner may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent; Slide Practice may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
17. Acceptance
By creating a Practitioner account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
