The Free plan, and what each plan costs

Every new account starts on the Free plan, with 3 session reports a month and no card. It has no time limit, and a paid plan is there when you need more reports or a team.

What the Free plan includes

The Free plan is $0. You are not asked for card details to start, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it. On the Free plan we draft up to 3 reports a month.

The report is the written summary your client receives after a session: what was covered, what went well, what they agreed to do before next time, and what the next session covers.

The Free plan has every department except Team: the Overview, the front desk, billing, records and Growth. Its booking page carries a “Booked with Slide Practice” line, which paid plans leave off.

How long the Free plan lasts

The Free plan has no time limit. There is no clock on it, and no plan is chosen for you. You move to a paid plan only when you choose one in Billing.

When you have used its 3 reports in a month, the upload screen says so and drafting waits for the first of the next month, or for Professional. Extra reports are not sold on Free. Your booking page, your clients and every report already sent carry on as before.

Plans and their prices

Free is $0 and includes 3 reports a month. Professional is $29.99 a month and includes 200. It can also be paid once a year, $299.90, with 2 months of the year free.

For a firm, Firm 5 is $99 a month for 5 professionals, with 400 reports a month shared, and Firm 15 is $149 for 15, with 1,000 shared. Both are billed monthly. Firms of 16 to 50 are by agreement.

The first 30 founding professionals get the Professional plan at $19 a month for 12 months, then $29.99.

Extra reports

Extra reports are sold on Professional only. When its 200 are used, the upload screen offers report credits at $0.99 each, five at a time. You pay for them before the next report is drafted, and they count for that month.

A firm's seats stop at the firm's shared allowance, and the upload screen says so. The count starts again on the first of the next month, and the firm's owner can move to a larger plan. What each plan includes has every plan, allowance and term on one page.

Paying, and what the charge looks like

You pick a plan in Billing and pay by card. Paddle takes the payment for plans and extra reports, as merchant of record, so the receipt and the line on your bank statement carry Paddle's name rather than ours: the charge reads PADDLE.NET* SLIDEPRACT, and it is the correct one.

A Growth campaign is not paid at this checkout: a person arranges its payment with you.

The tax due where you live is worked out at the checkout, and the total you will be charged is shown before you pay.

Canceling is a control in Billing rather than an email you have to write and then wait on. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

After that the account moves to the Free plan, and everything already in it stays readable.

Anything about an invoice, a receipt or a charge you do not recognize goes to billing@slidepractice.com.

Money back on a first payment

Your first subscription payment can be refunded in full for 14 days, with no reason asked and no form to fill in. The refund policy is the full version, including what happens after those days and what a cancellation does.

We charge you for your plan, for extra reports on Professional, and for a Growth campaign if you request one, never for what your clients pay you. How your clients pay you is covered in getting paid for your sessions, and every article is listed on the help center.
