For agencies and practices

Every practitioner on your team writes to every client, without any of them writing it.

A firm is judged on what arrives after the session, and that arrives only as often as the busiest person on your team remembers to send it. Slide Practice drafts it from the recording instead, and your name is on all of it.

An on Slide Practice is one account holding several , one pooled monthly of , and one owner who can read every one of them. Five seats or fifteen, billed once a month for the whole team rather than per person per month.

01Who this is for

Five shapes of business, one problem between them.

  • Coaching practices

Several coaches under one name, each with their own clients, all of whom expect something in writing after a call.

  • Training studios

Trainers sharing a floor and a client list, where the record of what somebody lifted last week decides what they lift this week.

  • Consultancies

Associates on engagements the client is paying by the day, where the decision log is the deliverable between workshops.

  • Wellbeing practices

Health and nutrition coaches working to habits rather than to a plan on paper, none of it clinical.

  • Tutoring businesses

Tutors and the parents who ask whether it is working. This one has a page of its own, written in those words.

The problem is the same in all five: the work is good and the written record of it is whatever the person who did the work had time for that evening. A client who never receives anything cannot tell a busy month from a bad one.

02What your team does

Record, upload, check, send, and the whole of it is five minutes.

Nobody on your team writes a report from memory three days after the session, because nobody on your team writes one at all.

  1. 01Record

The practitioner records the session on a phone, a laptop or the call software they already work on. Everyone present agrees first, and that is confirmed on screen before anything is drafted.

  2. 02Upload

The file goes up when the session ends. Somebody who cannot record pastes the transcript their call software already made instead.

  3. 03Check

The draft comes back in about a minute, in the four sections your kind of work uses. The practitioner reads it, corrects anything wrong, and adds what the recording missed.

  4. 04Send

It goes to the client under the practitioner's own name, on behalf of your firm.

Nothing reaches a client until a person has read it. There is no automatic send and there is no setting that turns one on. A practitioner working alone goes through the same four steps, described on the product page.

03What the client receives

A document with your firm on it, not a login to somewhere.

Winswhat went well

  • Used the four steps unaided on the last three problems, the harder kind where the number in front of the squared term is not one.
  • Asked why the splitting method works, the first time she has asked that in these sessions.

Insightswhat was noticed

  • The gap was never the arithmetic: she was guessing factor pairs rather than splitting the middle term, so a problem that did not resolve in two guesses became a dead end.
  • Written as four steps, the method gives her something to follow when a guess fails.

Commitmentswhat they agreed to do

  • Practice set four, problems one to twelve, using the four steps rather than guessing. Before Thursday.
  • Time herself on five problems, ten minutes, and bring the ones she could not finish. Before the next session.
  • Redo the two quiz questions we went through, from a blank page.Done in the session.

Next focuswhat the next session covers

Start the next session with the timed set she brings back. If the four steps hold under time pressure, move on to solving by completing the square. If they do not, spend the first twenty minutes there rather than adding anything new.

Your logo, your accent colour and your reply address are on every report anybody sends. The footer names the practitioner and the firm together, so a client knows who did the work and who to write to about it.

Every report a client has ever had sits on one page of their own, newest first, with everything they agreed to do beside it. That page is described, for the client rather than for you, on the page for clients.

04What you see as the owner

Four things an owner can do that nobody else on the account can.

app.slidepractice.com
The owner's view of an agency account, with the week's reports listed by practitioner and the allowance used so far this month.
The whole team's week, on one screen.
  • Open any report anybody has sent and read exactly what the client read.
  • See who has worked this week and sent nothing, before a client notices it.
  • Decide at setup whether reports go straight out or wait for you, and change that answer later.
  • Keep every report when somebody leaves. It is the client's record of their own sessions, not an employee's file.

None of it is a surveillance screen. It is the same list of reports your team is looking at, with the whole team in it rather than one person, and the each one landed on.

  • A is a place rather than a person, so somebody can be swapped for somebody else at any time inside the count without the bill moving.
  • The allowance pools. Somebody working twice as much as the rest of the team simply uses more of it.

Every allowance and every term, including what an extra report costs and what happens when a trial ends, is on the detailed pricing page.

06What it is not

Not a rota, not billing, not a marketplace.

  • Not a rota

Slide Practice does not schedule anybody and does not want to. Keep whatever you run the diary on.

  • Not billing

Your clients pay you the way they always have. No share of it is taken and none of it passes through us.

  • Not a marketplace

Your practitioners are not listed for sale and your clients are not shown to anyone else.

Keep the systems you run the business on. Slide Practice sits after the session and nowhere else, and the country by country rules on recording one are set out on the recording and consent page.

Send us one session, or set the firm up yourself.

Send one recording this week, with the practitioner's and the client's , and the finished report comes back the same day for you to read.

Setting it up yourself takes about ten minutes, and your team can be invited in one paste.
