Days 1 to 7: the trial
Every new practitioner starts on a 7-day Pro trial. No card. The trial includes 5 AI recaps, which is what lets us offer it without asking for a card; every other Pro feature is open. At the end there is no automatic charge. Your access pauses until you choose a plan, and your clients, bookings, and data stay exactly where they are.
Months 1 to 12: $19 a month
That is $19 a month for 12 months, billed monthly, once you choose Pro as one of the first 30 founding practitioners. Cancel at any point in those 12 months and you are not charged again. There is no contract, no notice period, and no exit fee.
Month 13: $29.99
At month 13 the founding rate ends and Pro renews at $29.99 a month, which is the standard Pro price published on the pricing page today. If you do not want that, cancel before it renews and you will not be charged. You are not trapped, and you can export everything at any time.
The founding rate is 12 months, not a lifetime rate. We say that here, on the pricing page, and in the FAQ, because a lander that hides the renewal price is exactly the thing we are trying not to be. Prices are in US dollars.
The $1.99 is Auto-Join, and it is off by default.
Your subscription is the price. There is one optional usage charge, and it only ever fires for sessions you asked Slide to record.
Auto-Join, explained
Auto-Join is the option for Slide to join your Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams call and record it for you, so the recap arrives without you running anything yourself.
- Off by default. It runs only when you switch it on for a specific session.
- Pro includes 30 Auto-Join sessions each month. Past that, it is $1.99 for each session it records.
- Pay as you go, billed in arrears. The charge is added to your next subscription bill, and only for the sessions Auto-Join actually recorded. Nothing fires because the feature exists.
- You can skip it entirely. Record the session yourself and upload it. Uploads are included with your plan, at no extra charge, up to your recap cap.
- Consent comes first. Every session asks your client to agree before anything records. See recording and consent.

What the charge looks like, and how to undo it.
On your card statement
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payments provider and the merchant of record. Their name is the one your bank prints, not ours, so here it is before you see it.
Charges appear on your card statement as PADDLE.NET* SLIDEPRACT.
If you do not recognise a charge, email billings@slidepractice.com before you dispute it and we will sort it out the same day.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Slide is not right for you within 14 days of your first subscription payment, email billings@slidepractice.com and we refund it in full. No reason needed, no exit interview.
After that, cancel anytime. The current billing period is non refundable, and usage you have already run, such as Auto-Join sessions, remains payable. The full terms are in the refund policy.
Slide never processes the payment between you and your client, so a refund from us is a refund of your subscription only. What your clients pay you is yours, and it never passes through Slide. Founding practitioners do not have to follow them alone. Send us the export from your old tool and we do the import for you, by hand, and check it with you before a single client sees anything.

When does the $1.99 Auto-Join charge actually fire?
Only for a session you asked Slide to join and record. Auto-Join is off by default.
