What we can and cannot access
We cannot log into your old account or platform, and you never share a password with us. You export your data, or send us whatever you still have, and we build your Slide Practice setup from it. Once Slide Practice is fully released, we do not keep standing access to your account or your clients' information beyond what you choose to import, and you can export everything from Slide Practice at any time.

Can I keep my clients and session history?
Yes. Slide Practice brings over your clients (name, email, phone, notes), past bookings as records, and active programs. Profi leaned on heavy program and cohort features. Programs and group cohorts on Slide Practice Pro are rolling out around launch, so if you run structured cohorts, talk to us first about timing. Your clients and history come over now; drip schedules and group structure are rebuilt from your export, and we help with a template.
How do I export my data from Profi?
In Profi, open Reports, then Export, and select Clients, Sessions, and Programs (export each one separately). Profi exports as ZIP archives, so extract them before sending.
How long does migrating take?
It depends on how much you are bringing and what you exported. We do not promise a set time. Send us what you have and we handle the import for you, with guided migration support for founding coaches.
