Booking one session shouldn't take five emails
Slide Practice gives you a public booking page with your real availability on it. You share one link, clients pick a time that works, and reminders go out without you touching anything. When plans change, a client with a Slide Practice account can move the session from their client portal, up to 24 hours before it starts.
How it works
Share your one link
Your booking page is public, so anyone with the link can see your open times. It shows your real availability, from the weekly hours you set in Slide Practice.
Clients book themselves
They pick a time, you both get the confirmation with a calendar invite, and automatic reminders go out before the session. If something comes up, a client with an account can move it from their portal, and you can move any booking from your dashboard.
The record builds itself
Every booked session lands in your session record, ready for the recap and client follow-up after you meet.
What it doesn't do yet
Clients pay you directly, not through the booking page. Slide Practice doesn't process client payments yet, so you collect payment the way you do now, and you keep 100% of what you earn, on any plan. There are also no outside connections like Zapier yet, those are on the roadmap.
Questions practitioners ask
Does the booking page stay in sync with my calendar?
Calendar sync is on the roadmap. Today the page offers the weekly availability you set in Slide Practice, and every booking emails both of you a calendar invite you can add to Google or Outlook.
Can clients pay when they book?
Yes, directly to you. Slide Practice never processes or holds the money: you add your own PayPal or Stripe link once, and the client sees a pay step with the amount due right after they book. They can say they have sent it, or choose to pay at the session if you allow that, and you confirm when it arrives. You keep 100% of what you earn, on any plan.
Can clients change a booking without emailing me?
If the client has a Slide Practice account, yes. They reschedule from their client portal, not from your public booking page, and only up to 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours, or with no account, it comes back to you, and you can move it from your dashboard. Either way both of you get an email and automatic reminders keep you on time.
