Sliding scale rates

Stop guessing what each client can afford

With Slide Practice you set a price range for each service instead of one fixed number. Clients pick what they can pay inside your range, you stay in control of the floor, and nobody has to write the awkward money email.

How it works

  1. Set a range for each service

Pick a floor and a top for every service you offer. The floor is yours, and no client can go under it.

  2. Clients choose inside it

Each client picks the rate they can manage inside your range, on their own, with no negotiation.

  3. You keep all of it

Slide takes no commission, ever. The rate is between you and your client.

What it doesn't do yet

Slide Practice doesn't process client payments. The sliding scale records the rate your client chose inside your range, and you collect that payment the way you do today. There are also no outside connections like Zapier yet, those are on the roadmap.

Questions practitioners ask

Does Slide Practice take a percentage of my rates?

No. Slide takes no commission, ever. You pay a flat monthly subscription, and your client money stays yours.

Can a client pay less than my minimum?

No. You set the floor for each service, and clients choose inside the range you set. The bottom of the scale is always your call.

How do clients actually pay me?

The same way they do now. Slide Practice doesn't process client payments. It records the rate your client chose inside your range, and you collect it however you and your client already work.
