Switching from TutorTrack
More than one product uses this name. This page is about TutorTrack at tutortrackai.com, and every sentence about it below is quoted from its own public pages, read on 8 September 2026. It costs less than Slide, and the first section says so before anything else does.
What you do today
TutorTrack describes itself as "the agentic platform for private tutors". Its home page says it "captures each tutoring session from a Zoom recording or an uploaded transcript, then drafts the session recap, parent email, follow-up assignment, and invoice automatically". So the shape of the job is the one you already know: the session happens, and the write-up is drafted rather than typed.
Its pricing page lists two plans. Free is "$0/month" with "Up to 5 students total, 1 active class", "3 transcripts / month", and "No card required". Pro is "$9.99/month", described as everything in Free "now unlimited", and its listed items include unlimited Zoom auto-capture, invoice auto-drafting and sending, auto payment reminders, AI progress reports as a PDF export, and priority support. The page states "Cancel anytime from your Settings. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period."
The fit test, and it goes the way the prices go. Slide's cheapest paid plan is $14.99 a month and Slide has no free plan, so TutorTrack is the cheaper of the two and its free tier costs nothing at all. If you teach a handful of students, tutoring is the only work you do, and the drafted write-up plus an invoice is the whole of what you need, that is a real answer and this page is not going to argue you out of it.
What changes
Slide is not a tutoring product. It is one product for one-to-one work of any kind, and the same account holds coaching, tutoring, training, nutrition and consulting sessions. Four things are different if you move.
- It is not only tutoring. If you tutor and also coach, or you moved from tutoring into something adjacent, the clients, sessions and write-ups stay in one place instead of one product per kind of work.
- Clients get a page, not just an email. Each client has a private page holding their write-ups in order and their next steps, so the twentieth session opens with the previous nineteen already there, and they can read the same page you do.
- Booking and sliding scale rates are part of it. One link where clients book around your real availability, and a full, reduced and community rate you set, so a client picks what they can afford.
- A checked identity and a public page. A person on our team verifies you are a real person, free on every plan, and the badge shows on your profile. A listing in the directory comes with Pro and Max.
And one thing that is worse, stated rather than hidden. Today a Slide write-up comes from a recording you upload after the session, which works on every plan. The meeting recorder that would join a Zoom or Google Meet call for you is not live yet and has never joined a call, and Slide does not watch your calendar. If automatic capture off a Zoom call is the part you would miss, that is a reason to stay, and you can watch the roadmap instead of taking our word for when it changes.

What you keep
- Your money, all of it. Slide takes no commission, ever, and never processes payments between you and your client. Clients pay you directly at booking through your own payment link, so what they pay you is what you keep. Slide does not draft or send invoices for you.
- Your students and your history. Bring over names, emails, phone numbers and notes. Paste an old write-up onto a client's page if you want the history in one place. Export the lot again at any time. How that works.
- Your tools. Your calendar, your site and your socials keep working, and you can run both products side by side while you decide.
- Your approval on every send. Slide drafts, you edit, you press send. There is no automatic send and there never will be.
What it costs: a 7-day Pro trial with no card, then $14.99 a month on Starter, $29.99 on Pro, or $49.99 on Max. Starter includes 20 write-ups a month, Pro 200 and Max 500. The first 30 founding practitioners get Pro at $19 a month for 12 months, then $29.99.

Neither is the subject of this page. TutorTrack is not affiliated with Slide Practice and has not reviewed this page.
