Pricing

Every number this product charges, and what each one buys.

The short pricing page sells the three plans. This one answers what a report is, what an extra one costs, how an agency allowance pools, what happens when a trial ends, and who takes the payment. 7 days to try it before any of it applies.

Read this page when the short one has raised a question. Nothing here is a different offer, and every amount below is the same amount the pricing page prints, read from the one file that holds them.

What one report is

A report is the written summary a client receives after a session, and one report covers a session up to 90 minutes. A session that runs longer uses one more report for each further 90 minutes. Drafting a report, reading it, changing it and sending it are all one report: an edit does not cost a second one, and neither does sending the same report to a second guardian.

Every plan, every allowance, on one screen

The three solo plans differ in one thing, which is how many reports a month they include. Everything else on this list, the client's page, the booking page, the calendar sync and the export, is on all of them including the cheapest.

The yearly column is what the annual price works out at a month. It is charged once a year rather than once a month, and the agency plans are monthly only today.

What an extra report costs

Drafting does not stop when an allowance runs out. Each report past it is $0.99, shown on screen before the upload starts, and charged at the end of the month. Nothing is blocked mid month and nothing is drafted at $0.99 without that price being on the screen first.

What happens when the trial ends

The trial is 7 days on Pro with 5 reports in it, and it asks for no card, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it. When the 7 days are up, everything already made stays where it is: every report you have sent, every client's page and your booking page all keep working, and clients keep reading them. The one thing that pauses is new drafting, until a plan is chosen.

The founding offer, and what closes it

The first 30 practitioners to sign up pay $19 a month for Pro for 12 months, and $29.99 a month after that. 30 means 30. When those are taken the offer closes and the counter does not quietly start again, and nobody who took it is moved off it early.

Yearly or monthly

A yearly plan is charged once and works out at $12.49, $24.99 or $41.66 a month for Starter, Pro and Max. The allowance is still counted per month rather than pooled across the year, so a yearly plan buys a lower price and not a bigger bucket. Monthly is the default and there is no penalty for staying on it.

How an agency allowance pools

An agency plan buys one allowance for the whole team rather than one each. Agency 5 is 400 reports a month across 5 people, and Agency 15 is 1,000 across 15. A practitioner who teaches or coaches twice as much as the others simply uses more of it. The owner sees the count as it is used, and reports past the allowance are the same $0.99 each.

What happens when a seat is swapped

A seat is a place on the account rather than a person. Remove somebody and invite somebody else, at any time, within the seat count, and the bill does not change. What the person who left wrote does not leave with them: every report they sent stays on the client's page and stays readable by the owner, because it is the client's record of their own sessions and not an employee's file.

Why the receipt comes from Paddle

Paddle acts as merchant of record for every sale. That means Paddle, and not Slide Practice, is the company that sells you the subscription, takes the card, issues the receipt and handles the sales tax or VAT due where you live. It is why the line on a bank statement and the name on the invoice say Paddle. Prices on this site exclude tax, and the tax is added at the checkout for the country the card belongs to.

Refunds, and cancelling

There are 14 days to ask for the money back on a first subscription payment. You do not have to give a reason and nobody will write back asking for one. Cancelling is a button in Billing rather than an email you have to write and then wait on. The account stays open on the free level afterwards and everything already in it stays readable. The full terms are on the refund page.

What happens to the data if an account is closed

Reports are kept until the account is closed. Closing an account starts a 30 day window, and at the end of it the reports, the clients and the account itself are deleted rather than archived. Export everything first: it is one control and it hands back every report as a file, described on the export page. Session audio is not part of any of this, because it is deleted as soon as the write-up is made.

What is not charged for

There is no commission on anything a practitioner earns. A client pays the practitioner directly, on the practitioner's own payment link, so the money never passes through Slide Practice and no share of it is taken. There is no fee per client, no fee per report beyond the $0.99 above the allowance, and no charge for a client reading their own page. Practice Growth, the advertising service, is billed separately and is described on its own page.

Who to write to

An invoice, a receipt, a tax number on a receipt or a question about a charge goes to billing@slidepractice.com. Anything about the product itself goes to support@slidepractice.com. An agency that needs a signed agreement, a data processing agreement or an invoice rather than a card should write to the second one and say so.

Paid plans open when card payments go live. Your trial keeps going at no charge until then.
