Compare

Paperbell against CoachAccountable.

Paperbell is built to sell coaching, at one flat monthly price. CoachAccountable is built to deliver it, priced by active client count. Choose on whether your bottleneck is getting clients or keeping them working between sessions.

Slide Practice wrote this page and makes neither of these two products, which is the only reason it can be written without a thumb on the scale. Everything said here about another product was read off that product's own public pages as of September 2026. No competitor's exact price appears anywhere on this site, because prices change and a stale number is worse than none.

01What each one is for

Two products, two jobs, stated plainly.

Paperbell

A coach whose bottleneck is selling: a page, packages, a contract and a payment that clears without four separate tools.

How it is priced One flat monthly price for everything, with an annual option and no per client charge.

Its own pricing page

CoachAccountable

A coach whose bottleneck is delivery: programmes, worksheets, assignments and metrics a client updates between sessions.

How it is priced Tiered by active client count, starting very low for a handful of clients and rising steadily with the book.

Its own pricing page

Slide Practice makes neither of these, which is the only reason this page can be written without a thumb on the scale. The two get compared constantly because both call themselves coaching software, and they are aimed at opposite ends of the same practice. One is about the sale. The other is about the twelve weeks afterwards.

02Where Paperbell wins

Three things Paperbell does better.

  • Selling. A coaching page, packages, checkout and contract signing are the product, and its own pricing page makes the point that nothing is an upsell.
  • The price does not move as the practice grows, which for a coach going from ten clients to forty is the difference between one bill and a much larger one.
  • It is quick to set up, because the decisions are already made for you rather than waiting in a configuration screen.

03Where CoachAccountable wins

Three things CoachAccountable does better.

  • Between session work. Courses, assignments, worksheets and client tracked metrics are the centre of it, and Paperbell does not try to compete there.
  • It starts cheaper than almost anything else for a coach with two or five clients, because the lowest tiers are priced for exactly that.
  • Configurability. A coach with a method of their own can shape the product around it rather than around the product's assumptions.

04What neither of them does

What neither of these two products does.

Neither of them drafts the write up after a session, which is the thing Slide Practice does. If that is the gap you are trying to close, this pair is not the comparison you needed.

05The short answer

If you only read one paragraph, read this one.

Bottleneck is filling the calendar and getting paid: Paperbell. Bottleneck is clients drifting between sessions: CoachAccountable, and the low starting tier makes it cheap to test.
