Compare
Slide Practice against Quenza.
Quenza delivers structured activities and programmes between sessions, under your own brand. Slide Practice drafts the written record of the session itself. One fills the week between appointments, the other fills the hour after one.
Slide Practice wrote this page, and we make one of the two products in it, so read it the way you would read any comparison written by a competitor and check the claims yourself. Everything said here about another product was read off that product's own public pages as of September 2026. No competitor's exact price appears anywhere on this site, because prices change and a stale number is worse than none.
01What each one is for
Two products, two jobs, stated plainly.
Slide Practice
A practitioner whose sessions are the product, with little or nothing structured in between, and whose clients want the session written down.
How it is priced A flat monthly price per practitioner, with two agency plans above it billed once for the whole team. The cost does not move with how many clients you have or how much audio you put through it.
Quenza
A coach or therapist who delivers structured exercises between sessions and wants the whole thing under their own brand.
How it is priced Tiered monthly plans by the number of clients and seats, with white labelling and a custom domain on the higher tiers.
Both products are about what happens after a client leaves the room, and they answer different halves of it. Quenza is a delivery system: exercises, pathways, reminders, a client working through something over twelve weeks. Slide Practice is a record: what was said in the session, what the client agreed to, sent as a document they keep.
02Where Slide Practice wins
Three things Slide Practice does better.
- It records the session rather than delivering something between sessions, which is the half Quenza deliberately does not cover.
- There is no library to build before it is useful. The first report is drafted from the first recording with nothing configured.
- The price is flat per practitioner rather than tiered by client count, which suits a full book of short engagements.
03Where Quenza wins
Three things Quenza does better.
- Activities and programmes are the centre of the product: its own site describes science based exercises delivered step by step, and Slide Practice delivers none.
- White labelling goes further than a logo on a report. A custom domain and the practitioner's own brand across the client experience is a real difference.
- Between session engagement is measurable inside it, which is the thing a practitioner selling a twelve week programme is actually asked about.
04Do not choose Slide Practice if
The cases where this product is the wrong answer.
Do not choose Slide Practice if the value you sell is an exercise library, a programme a client works through, or a fully branded client app. It has none of those and is not building them.
05The short answer
If you only read one paragraph, read this one.
A practitioner running programmes usually needs both and should buy Quenza first. A practitioner whose sessions are the whole product, with nothing structured in between, will find Quenza mostly unused and the report the missing piece.
