Slide Practice against CoachAccountable.
CoachAccountable is a coaching platform priced by active client count, built around programmes, worksheets and metrics between sessions. Slide Practice is one job, the written report after a session, at one flat price whatever the size of the book.
Slide Practice wrote this page, and we make one of the two products in it, so read it the way you would read any comparison written by a competitor and check the claims yourself. Everything said here about another product was read off that product's own public pages as of September 2026. No competitor's exact price appears anywhere on this site, because prices change and a stale number is worse than none.
01What each one is for
Two products, two jobs, stated plainly.
Slide Practice
A coach with a full book who does not sell a structured programme, and who wants the same flat bill in a busy month as in a quiet one.
How it is priced A flat monthly price per practitioner, with two agency plans above it billed once for the whole team. The cost does not move with how many clients you have or how much audio you put through it.
CoachAccountable
A coach who runs structured programmes between sessions: worksheets, assignments, metrics a client updates, and a record of whether any of it was done.
How it is priced Tiered by the number of active clients you are working with, so the bill rises as the practice grows and falls again when it shrinks. Its own pricing page says only active clients count.
The honest comparison here is between a platform and a tool. CoachAccountable wants to be where the coaching programme lives, and it is priced accordingly: what you pay is a function of how many people you are working with this month. Slide Practice does one thing after each session and charges the same whether you saw four clients or forty.
02Where Slide Practice wins
Three things Slide Practice does better.
- Flat pricing. A month with forty clients costs what a month with four costs, which is the opposite shape to a bill tied to active client count.
- The drafting itself. There is no equivalent of recording a session and getting the written report back in about a minute.
- Almost nothing to set up. A practitioner who does not want to configure a platform can be sending reports on the day they sign up.
03Where CoachAccountable wins
Three things CoachAccountable does better.
- Between session structure. Courses, worksheets, assignments and client tracked metrics are the centre of the product, and Slide Practice has none of that.
- It is genuinely cheap for a very small practice, because the first tiers are priced for two and five clients rather than for a full book.
- Depth of configuration. It has been built for coaches for a long time and almost everything in it can be shaped, which suits somebody with a method they already teach.
04Do not choose Slide Practice if
The cases where this product is the wrong answer.
Do not choose Slide Practice if the value you sell is a structured programme with assignments, worksheets and tracked metrics between sessions. It does not build programmes and does not hold a client's homework.
05The short answer
If you only read one paragraph, read this one.
A coach with a large book and a light process usually finds the client count pricing the wrong shape and the report the missing piece. A coach whose programme is the product usually finds the opposite, and CoachAccountable is the better fit.
