Slide Practice against Paperbell.

Paperbell sells the front of a coaching practice: a page, packages, contracts and payment. Slide Practice writes the report after the session. They overlap on the client portal and nowhere else, so most coaches who compare them end up wanting one of each.

Slide Practice wrote this page, and we make one of the two products in it, so read it the way you would read any comparison written by a competitor and check the claims yourself. Everything said here about another product was read off that product's own public pages as of September 2026. No competitor's exact price appears anywhere on this site, because prices change and a stale number is worse than none.

01What each one is for

Two products, two jobs, stated plainly.

Slide Practice

A coach whose clients are already booking and paying, and whose gap is the write up that should follow every session and often does not.

How it is priced A flat monthly price per practitioner, with two agency plans above it billed once for the whole team. The cost does not move with how many clients you have or how much audio you put through it.

Its own pricing page

Paperbell

A coach who needs the whole commercial front of a practice in one place: a page clients land on, packages they can buy, a contract they sign and a payment that clears.

How it is priced One flat monthly price for the whole product, with an annual option, and no charge per client, so the cost does not move as the practice grows.

Its own pricing page

These two products are usually compared because both of them say client portal, and that is the only sentence they share. Paperbell is a commercial front end: it is where a client finds you, buys a package, signs something and pays. Slide Practice starts at the point where the session has already happened and somebody has to write it up.

02Where Slide Practice wins

Three things Slide Practice does better.

  • It writes the document. A report drafted from the session recording in about a minute, in four named sections, is the whole product rather than a notes field inside one.
  • The price does not move with the number of clients and there is no commission on anything you earn, on any plan.
  • The client keeps a page of every report in the order the sessions happened, which is a record of the work rather than a receipt for it.

03Where Paperbell wins

Three things Paperbell does better.

  • It sells for you. A coaching page, packages, checkout, contracts and scheduling are in the product, which is a category of work Slide Practice does not do at all.
  • It takes the payment. Slide Practice deliberately never touches what a client pays you, which is the right answer for commission and the wrong one if you wanted invoicing solved too.
  • One price, everything included, and its own pricing page makes a point of there being no upsells. A practitioner who hates evaluating tiers will find that restful.

04Do not choose Slide Practice if

The cases where this product is the wrong answer.

Do not choose Slide Practice if what you actually need is a booking page that takes money, a contract a client can sign, or a place to sell a six session package. It does none of those and is not going to.

05The short answer

If you only read one paragraph, read this one.

If clients are booking and paying fine and the thing that slips is the write up afterwards, Slide Practice is the narrower and cheaper answer. If you are still sending a PayPal link and a Word contract, Paperbell solves a bigger problem first.
